The Office of Research and Graduate Education is responsible for the development, coordination and enhancement of the research infrastructure and residency programs at the Roseman University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine. It leads college-wide strategic growth, transformation and new frontiers of discovery. It also oversees all college units, academic and clinical programs that comprise the research enterprise and graduate education programs across both Utah and Nevada campuses. To support discovery and new knowledge, it established the following research vision, mission and goals:

To be a leader in research dissemination, mentoring and residency training, and to have a profound educational and health impact on the world.
Mission
To cultivate creativity, innovation, discovery and dissemination of knowledge, and to provide collaborative environment and experiences for faculty, residents and students to achieve excellence in research and academic endeavors.
Goals
To increase engagement with and productivity of faculty, residents and students in research and scholarship.

In pursuit of the research vision, mission and goals, the Office of Research and Graduate Education provides substantial resources, support, services, team-building activities, training and opportunities for faculty, staff, residents and students to engage in research and scholarly activities, and regularly conducts program evaluation to measure its progress towards achieving its goals and producing outcomes.
